PB&J : week 3
How can we live as people who watch and wait for the Kingdom of Heaven when we can barely wait for the small things in our lives? Waiting is uncomfortable. But as Paul outlines in Romans 8:18-25, we can wait in hope because we have the Holy Spirit within us. We can have hope that there is more: more than our present suffering, and more than the world's empty promises of fulfillment. As Christians, our lives are lived in the waiting room; it's a room filled with true hope. His name is Jesus.
